Please be aware that the products are not machine made but hand cast and may have slight imperfections. However, if for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item within two (2) weeks for a prompt full refund or exchange. Mail your return to the address below. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include also the packing slip that came with your item or a note with your name, address, and the reason for the return. Once we have received your package, we will process your refund or exchange. For items purchased more than two weeks ago, we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price, which can be redeemed by calling our Stockholm office and speaking with a customer service representative. Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Please check your order carefully; once placed, orders for personalized items cannot be canceled.

Normal wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not reasons for return or exchange. Damages caused by accidents, mishandling, improper or abusive use (knocks, dents, crushing, etc) are not covered by our warranty.
